I can hold a whole product in my head.
I'm a full stack developer at CWC Technologies, based in Ludhiana, Punjab. Three years in, most of my work has landed somewhere sensitive — encrypted file storage, wallets holding real money, checkout flows taking real payments.
For the past two months I've been building Pharos, my own SaaS product — billing, inventory and accounting for Indian SMEs. The market research, the screen design and the working front end are all mine, with the services behind it in progress. The UI is live if you'd rather click than read.
I work happily on both ends. React and Next.js interfaces — an admin panel, a wallet UI, an embedded checkout, all of Pharos — and the Node.js services under them. Backend habits shape how I build either: API contracts over clever abstractions, what happens on retry over the happy path, and code someone else can pick up without a two-hour explanation.
How I work
Contract first
Decide what a service promises and what it refuses before writing the inside of it. Boundaries are cheaper than refactors.
Off the request path
Anything that can fail slowly belongs in a queue with retries — email, webhooks, heavy work. Users shouldn't wait for it.
Ship the pipeline too
A feature isn't done until it deploys without downtime. CI/CD and the reverse proxy are part of the work, not someone else's job.
Security as a constraint
Working on wallets and encrypted storage teaches you to design from the threat backwards, not bolt it on at review time.
Own the whole thing
Building Pharos as my own product means the UX call, the schema call and the audit-trail call are the same decision. I'd rather make it once, deliberately, than three times by accident.
