Five systems, one habit: own it end to end.

An entire SaaS ERP I've been building solo for two months, plus encrypted storage, wallet key handling and payment surfaces at work — and the deploy pipeline underneath each of them. Below is what I built, what was hard, and what it runs on.

A SaaS billing, inventory and accounting ERP for Indian SMEs

Pharmacy and distribution businesses run on desktop ERPs they openly dislike and won't replace, because those tools are brutally fast at the counter. Pharos keeps that speed on the web and fixes the rest — role-based homes, batch and expiry inventory, GST and e-invoicing, ageing as a worklist. It's my own product, two months in. Product, design and the working front end are mine; the services behind it are what I'm building now. The UI is live — open it and try the billing screen.
